
Yoga with Lauren 9:30am – 10:45am Register here. This class combines elements of breathwork, mudrā, eye-focus, asana (yoga postures), meditation, chanting, and relaxation in a precise, conscious manner. This sacred science balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and core muscles, enabling us to harness our minds, bodies and emotions so we can consciously choose our paths rather than being controlled by thoughts, feelings, and habits. Accessible Yoga for ALL 1:15pm – 2:15pm with Joshua Register Here. We all have special needs! This beginner therapeutic yoga class includes practical techniques of movement, balance, relaxation, breath, sound vibration, presence, and mindfulness. Take class in wheelchairs or on walkers, canes, or crutches. Those with invisible special needs are also welcome. Caretakers are welcome to join in at no additional cost.
